Challenges
- Working within exist mall space with no existing drawing information for structural, mechanical and electrical information
- Respect the existing mall fabric
- New vertical connections through the space for escalators and lightwells to provide access and visual link to the different activities within the store
- Coordination of NYC and Toronto design team, landlord of mall and the client
